  • A closely-held or family-owned business with no more than three controlling shareholders
  • Either a Small/Medium size business (revenue $5M – $20M) or Lower Middle Market and Upper Middle Market Companies (revenue $20M – $200M)
  • Positive EBITDA (Negative EBITDA on a Case by Case Basis)
  • Is at least seven years old
  • Has a strong middle-management team in place
  • Has a minimum of 20 employees

  • Either a Medium/Large size business (revenue $80M – $700M) or Upper Middle Market and Enterprise Companies (revenue $700M – $5B)

Fee Type Fee Description
Origination Fee 3% to 5.99% A single one-time fee to cover our costs of evaluating and originating your loan. The fee is based on the strength of your credit profile and is deducted from total loan proceeds, which means you do not pay this fee if you do not receive a loan.
Late Payment Fee 7% of missed payment If your monthly payment is late, you will be charged a fee on the missed payment. This fee is added to your original monthly payment, withdrawn from your account and passed directly onto investors.

  • Certified Private Money RE Lender & Private Money RE Broker worked as VP for lending organization with over $100m in commercial loans originated.
